  I don't see doctors often. I went here to get an annual physical. I found the first visit to be fine. When they called me back in to go over the labs I had high Triglycerides. They didn't make a big deal about it. Several months later I got a very scary letter that said I could have something really wrong and I should make an appointment. After re-reading the letter it is just a scare tactic to get you back in. I actually had another visit for a pap smear. Not greatest thing but the doctor was VERY cold and barely spoke to me. This place may be great for quick visits but as a primary care facility.... nope. People wonder why we don't like doctors! I got a call a couple hours after doing this review from the Manager. She was very nice and apologized for my experience. Offered to have me come in for an appointment with the female doctor. I get it and I am not a mean person, but treat patients like they're human., regardless of the excuse/reason why it happened that way.
