- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My dog Blondie was scheduled for an appointment there 6/28/2017 for 11:30 am . My husband received a call from Nicole the day of after 8 am stating we missed her appointment at 7:30 am and that we had to reschedule. First of all I would've never made her appointment that early and it clearly says in my email that she was scheduled for 11:30 am. Bad customer service and highly unprofessional.
