  Dr. Shah is a wonderful dentist. She was kind, soft spoken, and VERY thorough and gentle when examining me or doing anything to my teeth. Thank you Dr. Shah for being such a wonderful person as well as the best dentist I have ever known.

  I am extremely dissatisfied with Dr. Shah at the Apex location. When I first went to see Dr. Shah, she insisted I needed six crowns. When she put in the first two, she argued with her assistant almost the whole time. The next time I went to see a dentist, I picked someone else. He stated I did not need the four other crowns, and also stated that the ones Dr. Shah put in were done wrong. I returned to see Dr. Shah—but she was out of the country. The dentist filling in for her agreed the crowns were not set correctly. (I was charged for the visit.) When Dr. Shah returned, I saw her, and she said if I had come back within a month or two, she would have fixed the issue. Since I was no longer her patient, she would only fix it if I paid for the full procedure. I sent a concerned letter to the main LeCann email, and I never heard back from them.
