  I was just reading these reviews, and was SO surprised by all the bad reviews! Maybe because a lot of them are old, but I LOVE Apex Peds. I have never run into rude staff, I always get a call back from the advice nurse within an hour. I think people forget that there are a lot of patients and lots of people that call for advice, it's not reasonable to expect a call back in much less than an hour. If it's that urgent, go to the ER. My son has gotten excellent care always, and Dr. Steele never makes me feel like he needs to rush out the door to the next patient, but takes the time to answer all my questions, offer advice. They are so good about getting me same day appointments when my son is sent home from day care. All of the doctors are very caring (we've been to all of them), and what I love the most is that they don't push medications that are really not necessary just to make a parent feel better. Not all childhood ailments need much more than patience, love, and lots of hugs. But anyway, I just love Apex Peds, have always been treated with respect and like my time matters and the best health of my son matters.

  I always go there with no problem. But I went to my appointment at 4:20 because that's what my card said but when I got there she informed me my appointment was at 11:20. The 11 looked like a 4 it was the receptionist fault for not writing it correctly and there was not anything she could do to fix her mistake. Very irritating getting a 2 week old ready for an appointment and getting in traffic just to be turned around.

  My children have been patients at Apex Pediatrics since they were newborns. They are now 14 and 11. In all that time, I have never had a bad experience. Not once. They always make time for us when there are emergencies. The triage nurse always returns my call and gives me whatever help, support or information I need. They are patient, thorough, warm and kind every single time and at every level (insurance/billing, front desk, nurses, physicians). Dr. Bowman never rushes us through our annual visits and I cannot imagine a more caring physician. He knows my girls, remembers things they've told him from visit to visit and makes them feel that they are the only patients he will see that day because he really takes time for them. Thank you Apex Peds for being so wonderful to my family.
