  I've known Amy for close to 12 years. She is the consummate professional. She is responsive, attentive, and has built an incredible team around her that exemplify the values that she wants her agency to represent. Recently, my mother relocated to Apex and when she needed an agent, I suggested Amy. After her first visit, my mom was thrilled and bragged about Amy and her staff of professionals. When you live over 600 miles from your parent, it makes it easier knowing that someone like Amy is looking out for your mother like she would look out for her own parent.

  We enjoyed speaking with Amy during her 10th anniversary celebration. It is refreshing to speak with people who strive to provide excellent customer service and attention to detail. Her staff was very friendly and courteous. We were immediately assisted by Caroline on our visit. Thank you for all of your help and pet day was awesome.
